NGC 6212 is aspiral galaxy located in the constellationHercules. It is designated asSb in thegalaxy morphological classification scheme and was discovered by the French astronomerÉdouard Stephan on 26 July 1870.[3] NGC 6212 is located at about 397 millionlight years from Earth.[1][2]
