TheMotozintlecos orMochós are anIndigenous people ofChiapas,Mexico. They speak theMocho’ language, part of the western branch ofMayan languages. With only about 100 speakers (as of the 2010 census), the Mocho' language is indanger of extinction.
The majority of the Motozintleco community resides inMotozintla de Mendoza.[1]
