Matt's in the Market is a restaurant inSeattle'sPike Place Market, in theU.S. state ofWashington.

The menu changes based on the season,^[1] and has included fish, fresh vegetables and organic meats,^[2] seafoodpaella made with clams, mussels, octopus and prawns,^[3] as well asdeviled eggs. Nearby Radiator Whiskey has been described as a "sibling" bar.^[4]

Dan Bugge is the owner.^[5] Matt Fortner replaced Jason McClure as chef in 2018.^[6]
