Matheus de Barros da Silva (born 3 October 1997) is a Brazilian professionalfootballer who plays as aright-back forAzerbaijan Premier League clubQarabağ.[1]
Silva made his professional debut withBahia in a 0–0Campeonato Brasileiro Série B tie withFluminense de Feira on 20 January 2019.[2] On 22 August 2020, Silva signed a professional contract withMoreirense.[3] In July 2022, Silva joined Bulgarian clubLokomotiv Plovdiv.[4]
On 22 August 2023, theAzerbaijan Premier League clubQarabağ signed Silva on a 2+2 year contract.[5] He made his debut for the club in the2023–24 UEFA Europa League match againstOlimpija Ljubljana, coming on as a substitute forBenzia in the 75th minute of a 2–0 victory.[6]
