TheWuling Air EV (Chinese :五菱晴空 ;pinyin :Wǔlíng Qíngkōng lit. 'clear sky') is abattery electric city car manufactured bySAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) since 2022.[ 6] Hongguang Mini EV and theNano EV .
The Air EV was first introduced in Indonesia as the "Wuling EV" on 1 June 2022, before its debut in China on 3 June.[ 7] [ 8] [ 9] knock-down kits from China at theSGMW Motor Indonesia plant inCikarang, West Java .[ 10] 29th Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show on 11 August.[ 11] [ 12]
In China, it went on sale in December 2022, and is offered in two- and four-seat configurations with differing body lengths and wheelbases.[ 13]
The Air EV was one of the operational vehicles used for the2022 G20 Bali summit inBali .[ 14] [ 15]
In November 2022, the vehicle was imported byGeneral Motors to Egypt as theChevrolet Spark EV asride hailing vehicles during the2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference .[ 16]
Outside of Indonesian market, the Air EV was went on sale in Nepal in December 2022,[ 17] [ 18]
2023 MG Comet EV Plush (India) In April 2023, arebadged version of the Air EV called theMG Comet EV was launched in India byMG Motor .[ 19]
