Luis Alfonso Abram Ugarelli (born 27 February 1996) is a Peruvian professionalfootballer who plays as acentre-back forPeruvian Primera División clubSporting Cristal and thePeru national team.
Abram was born inLima, Peru. ASporting Cristal youth player, he debuted in 2014 and that year won the "Newcomer of the Season Award."[1]
On 31 July 2021, Abram joined toLa Liga club Granada.[2]On 2 February 2023, Abram joinedMajor League Soccer outfitAtlanta United FC[3]
Born and raised in Peru, Abram was called up to thePeru U18s for the2013 Bolivarian Games. Abram also made several appearances to thePeru U20 team. Abram debuted for thePeru national team in a 4–0friendly win againstTrinidad and Tobago in May 2016.[4]
In May 2018, he was named in Peru's provisional 24-man squad for the2018 World Cup in Russia,[5] but did not make the final 23.[6]
