Thelicked candy stick appearance is aradiologic sign observed onbone radiographs that refers to the tapering of the tips of the hand bones (metacarpals andphalanges), foot bones (metatarsals), orclavicles that occurs in conditions such aspsoriatic arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis, andleprosy.[1]
