Alady's navel (hanım göbeği) orwoman's navel (kadın göbeği) is a type of sweetpastry fromTurkey. They are made from balls ofchoux pastry which are given a dimple, deep-fried and then soaked insyrup.[1][2][3] It derives its name from its donut-like shape that resembles anavel (belly button).[4]
