Kevin Edward Blackwell (born October 24, 1954) is aRepublican member of theMississippi State Senate. Since January 2016, he has represented District 19, including parts ofDeSoto andMarshall counties in northernMississippi.[1]

He resides inSouthaven in DeSoto County and formerly lived inOlive Branch, also in DeSoto County, andLittle Rock, Arkansas.
