Johannes Voggenhuber (born 5 June 1950)[1] is anAustrian politician and formerMember of the European Parliament (MEP) for theAustrian Green Party, which is part of theEuropean Greens. He was vice president of the Parliament's Constitutional Affairs Committee.

From 1982 to 1987, he was member of the city council inSalzburg.[1] From 1988 to 1992, he was federalspokesman for the Austrian Greens, and between 1990 and 1996, Member of theNational Council of Austria (Nationalrat).[2] From 1995 to 2009 he wasMember of the European Parliament.[1]

He is married and has two children.[3]
