Jimmy Oliver (Canadian football)

Canadian gridiron football player (born 1973)

Jimmy Oliver (born July 30, 1973) is a formerCanadian footballwide receiver in theCanadian Football League (CFL) who played for theBC Lions,Ottawa Renegades, andToronto Argonauts.[1][2] He playedcollege football for theTCU Horned Frogs.[3]

Oliver was also anAll-American sprinter for theTCU Horned Frogs track and field team, finishing runner-up in the4 × 100 metres relay at the1993 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.[4][5]

Oliver was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 2nd Round (61st overall) of the1995 NFL draft.
