Calaz signed with theColorado Rockies as an international free agent in January 2023.[1] He made his professional debut that year with theDominican Summer League Rockies.
Calaz played 2024 with theArizona Complex League Rockies andFresno Grizzlies. He was named the Complex League MVP after hitting .349/.462/.651 with 10home runs and 56 runs batted in (RBI).[2]

Konner Eaton (born November 30, 2002) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theColorado Rockies organization.
Eaton attendedPrince George High School inPrince George, Virginia, and playedcollege baseball atGeorge Mason University for thePatriots. In 2023, he played in theCape Cod Baseball League with theOrleans Firebirds.[3] He was selected by theColorado Rockies in the sixth round of the2024 Major League Baseball draft.[4]
Eaton made his professional debut after signing with theFresno Grizzlies and also played with theSpokane Indians, giving up one run over 11 innings between both teams.[5] He was assigned to Spokane to open the 2025 season and promoted to theHartford Yard Goats in August.[6] Over 27 starts between the two clubs, Eaton went 6-9 with a 3.79 ERA and 149 strikeouts across 140 innings.[7]

Griffin Garner Herring (born May 7, 2003) is an American professionalbaseballpitcher in theColorado Rockies organization.
Herring attendedCarroll Senior High School inSouthlake, Texas. As a senior in 2022, he wasThe Dallas Morning News Baseball Player of the Year after going 13–1 with a 0.24earned run average (ERA) and 145strikeouts over 87 innings.[8] Herring playedcollege baseball atLouisiana State University (LSU), where he was arelief pitcher.[9] In 2024, he playedcollegiate summer baseball with theChatham Anglers of theCape Cod Baseball League.[10]
Herring was selected by theNew York Yankees in the sixth round of the2024 Major League Baseball draft.[11] The Yankees converted him into a starting pitcher, and he made his professional debut in 2025 with theTampa Tarpons.
On July 25, 2025, the Yankees traded Herring to theColorado Rockies, along with Josh Grosz, in exchange forRyan McMahon.[12][13]

Jake Thomas Madden (born December 26, 2001) is an Americanbaseballpitcher in theColorado Rockies organization.
Madden grew up inHarrisburg, Pennsylvania and attendedEast Pennsboro High School.[16] He committed to playcollege baseball atSouth Carolina from 15 scholarship offers during his junior year.[17] Madden tore hisulnar collateral ligament in his senior season and continued to play as East Pennsboro's designated hitter.[18] He decommitted from South Carolina in the summer after his senior year and instead enrolled atNorthwest Florida State College.[19]
Madden redshirted his first season at Northwest Florida while recovering fromTommy John surgery to repair his elbow injury.[20] He committed to transfer toAlabama for his remaining collegiate eligibility prior to his sophomore season.[21] As a redshirt freshman, Madden went 4-4 with a 4.53 ERA and 76 strikeouts in42+2⁄3 innings pitched.[22] He dealt with blister issues on his pitching hand throughout the season.[23]
Madden was selected in the fourth round by theLos Angeles Angels in the2022 Major League Baseball draft.[24] He signed with the Angels on July 22, 2022, for an over-slot signing bonus of $997,500.[25]
On July 30, 2023, Madden and was traded along with Mason Albright to theColorado Rockies in exchange forC. J. Cron andRandal Grichuk.[26]

Jack Murphy Mahoney (born August 13, 2001) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theColorado Rockies organization.
Mahoney attendedSt. Viator High School inArlington Heights, Illinois, where he played baseball as a shortstop and pitcher,football as a quarterback, and basketball.[27][28] After graduating, he playedcollege baseball at theUniversity of South Carolina. In 2021, his freshman year, he posted a 1.62 ERA over 14 games before undergoingTommy John surgery, forcing him to miss the remainder of the 2021 season and all of the 2022 season.[29] Mahoney returned to play as a junior in 2023 and started 17 games, going 7-4 with a 4.16 ERA and 84 strikeouts.[30] After the season, he was selected by theColorado Rockies in the third round of the2023 Major League Baseball draft.[31][32]
After signing with the Rockies, Mahoney made his professional debut with theArizona Complex League Rockies, pitching a total of two innings for the season. He was assigned to theFresno Grizzlies to open the 2024 season.[33] In late July, he was promoted to theSpokane Indians, with whom he finished the year.[34] Over 23 games (22 starts) between both teams, Mahoney went 6-7 with a 3.90 ERA and 115 strikeouts over 120 innings.[35] For the 2025 season, he was assigned to theHartford Yard Goats.[36] Over 24 starts, Mahoney went 3-10 with a 5.93 ERA, 81 strikeouts, and 46 walks over104+2⁄3 innings.[37] After the season, he was assigned to play in theArizona Fall League with theSalt River Rafters.[37]

Thomas grew up inWaxahachie, Texas and attendedWaxahachie High School.[42]
Thomas played two seasons of college baseball for theTexas Longhorns. He batted .321 with four home runs, 29 RBIs, and 10 stolen bases during his freshman season.[43] Thomas was named first-team All-Big 12 Conference after hitting .349 with 15 doubles, 16 home runs, and 18 stolen bases as a sophomore.[44]
Thomas was selected in the second round of the2024 Major League Baseball draft by theColorado Rockies.[45] Thomas was assigned to theFresno Grizzlies of theSingle-ACalifornia League to begin his professional career.[46]

Samuel Thomas Weatherly (born May 28, 1999) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theColorado Rockies organization.
Weatherly grew up inAnn Arbor, Michigan and attendedHowell High School. He was named Michigan's Mr. Baseball as a senior after going 6–2 on the mound with a 0.78 earned run average (ERA) and also batting .482.[47] Weatherly was selected in the 27th round of the2017 Major League Baseball draft by theToronto Blue Jays, but opted not to sign with the team.[48]
Weatherly played for theClemson Tigers for three seasons. As a freshman, he made eight appearances with five starts and had an ERA of 6.64.[49] After the season, Weatherly playedcollegiate summer baseball for theKalamazoo Growlers of theNorthwoods League.[50] Weatherly went 2–0 with a 3.38 ERA in 21 relief appearances in his sophomore season.[51] During the summer of 2019, he played for theFalmouth Commodores of theCape Cod Baseball League and went 0–1 with a 4.32 ERA and 18 strikeouts over16+2⁄3 innings pitched.[52][53] As a junior, Weatherly had a 0.79 ERA struck out 43 batters in22+2⁄3 innings pitched over four starts before the season was cut short due to thecoronavirus pandemic.[54]
Weatherly was selected in the third round by theColorado Rockies in the2020 Major League Baseball draft.[55] He signed with the team on June 24, 2020, for the slot-valued bonus of $755,300.[56]
Weatherly was assigned to theFresno Grizzlies to make his professional debut in 2021.[57] Over 15 starts for the season, he went 4-6 with a 4.83 ERA and 96 strikeouts over 69 innings pitched. He appeared in only five games in 2022 and missed the entirety of the 2023 season due to injury, including shoulder surgery.[58] Weatherly returned to play in 2024 with Fresno and theSpokane Indians, making forty relief appearances and going 5-1 with a 2.22 ERA.[59] He was assigned to theHartford Yard Goats to open the 2025 season.

Braylen Matthew Wimmer (born December 27, 2000) is an Americanprofessional baseballshortstop in theColorado Rockies organization.
Wimmer attendedYukon High School inYukon, Oklahoma. As a senior in 2019, he hit .410 with six home runs.[60] Wimmer then played four seasons ofcollege baseball at theUniversity of South Carolina for theGamecocks. After the 2021 season, he played in theCape Cod Baseball League with theBourne Braves.[61][62] In 2022, Wimmer played in 55 games for the Gamecocks and hit .312 with seven home runs and 35 RBIs.[63] He was selected by thePhiladelphia Phillies in the 18th round of the2022 Major League Baseball draft but opted not to sign.[64] Wimmer appeared in 56 games for South Carolina in 2023 and batted .304 with 14 home runs and 42 RBIs.[65]
Wimmer was selected by theColorado Rockies in the eighth round of the2023 Major League Baseball draft.[66] He signed with the team for $157,050.[67] Wimmer made his professional debut with theArizona Complex League Rockies, hitting .383 over 14 games. He played the 2024 season with theFresno Grizzlies and batted .285 with 14 home runs, 64 RBIs, and 34 stolen bases over 118 games.[68] Wimmer was assigned to theSpokane Indians to open the 2025 season and was promoted to theHartford Yard Goats in July.[69][70] He was namedNorthwest League Player of the Month in May for his performance with Spokane.[71] Over 131 games between Spokane and Hartford, Wimmer hit .296 with 17 home runs, 69 RBIs, and 37 stolen bases.[72] He was assigned to play in theArizona Fall League (AFL) with theSalt River Rafters after the season.[73] During the AFL season, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent anawake craniotomy.[37]
