Description

Itsumono is aJapanesegastropub in the Japantown part ofSeattle'sChinatown–International District.[4] The menu has includedScotch egg,tonkatsu in tikka masala curry, and oysters.[5]

History

The restaurant is owned by Mike Vu and Hisato Kawaminami.[6] It occupies the space that previously housed Kaname Izakaya.[7]

Reception

In 2023, the business was included inThe New York Times' list of Seattle's 25 best restaurants.[8][9] Itsumono was included inThe Infatuation's 2025 list of the 25 best restaurants in the Chinatown–International District.[10]
