Hiragi Kurumi (平木くるみ,Hiragi Kurumi; born April 1, 2000) is aJapaneseprofessional wrestler currently working for the Japaneseprofessional wrestling promotionIce Ribbon where she is one half of theInternational Ribbon Tag Team Champions.[4]
Professional wrestling career

Kurumi aged eleven in May 2011Kurumi is known for her activity in variousprofessional wrestling promotions other thanIce Ribbon. At theWAVE Summer Fiesta '16 ofPro Wrestling Wave, she teamed up withTsukushi, falling short toRyo Mizunami andMisaki Ohata.[5] At ahouse show hosted byJWP Joshi Puroresu on January 29, 2017, Kurumi teamed up withMegumi Yabushita and defeatedKazuki and Rydeen Hagane in ajudo rules tag team match.[6] While working inSeadlinnng, she participated atSEAdLINNNG Fortissimo from May 24, 2017, where she teamed up withSareee to defeatRin Kadokura andTakumi Iroha.[7] Kurumi also worked forOz Academy, and atOZ Academy Autumn Festival on October 4, 2020, she teamed up withTsubasa Kuragaki and unsuccessfully faced MISSION K4 (Kaho Kobayashi andKakeru Sekiguchi) inno.1 contendership tournament semi-final for theOZ Academy Tag Team Championship.[8] AtOZ Academy Plum Hanasaku on August 28, 2020, she teamed up withAsuka and picked up a victory over Itsuki Aoki andRina Yamashita in atag team match.[9] An important event where she participated was theOZ Academy Sonoko Kato 25th Anniversary from July 12, 2020, which portraited 25 years ofSonoko Kato's career, where she teamed up withTsubasa Kuragaki to face Kato herself andMika Akino.[10]
Ice Ribbon (2010–2021)

Kurumi (far right from bottom row) in January 2012 among her "Mocchiri Family" unit stablemates Dorami Nagano,Hamuko Hoshi andMochi MiyagiKurumi made herprofessional wrestling debut at the early age of 10, working her first match forIce Ribbon, atNew Ice Ribbon #149 from January 16, 2010, where she fell short toChii Tomiya.[11] She became one of the youngest champions inprofessional wrestling history after she defeatedTsukushi at19 O'Clock Girls Pro Wrestling 87 on September 16, 2011 at the age of 11 to win the vacantIW19 Championship.[12] AtRibbonMania 2019, an event which portraited the retirement ofTequila Saya, Kurumi participated in a38-person gauntlet match, competing against notable opponents such asKen Ohka,Munenori Sawa,Manami Toyota,Syuri and others.[13] AtIce Ribbon Vs. Shinjuku 2-chome, an event produced byIce Ribbon in partnership with 666 Wrestling on November 8, 2020, Kurumi participated in a18-man battle royal also involvingMasashi Takeda,Shinobu Sugawara and Asukama, and on the same night, she unsuccessfully challenged Ram Kaicho andKoju Takeda for theTriangle Ribbon Championship in athree-way match.[14] AtIce Ribbon Risa Sera's 5th Produced Show from October 24, 2020, Kurumi participated in aIronwoman hardcore match for theFantastICE Championship also involving the championRisa Sera andSuzu Suzuki and a few male participants such asMinoru Fujita,Yuko Miyamoto,Takashi Sasaki andTakayuki Ueki.[15]
World Wonder Ring Stardom (2022–present)
[edit]Kurumi aligned herself withSuzu Suzuki,Risa Sera,Akane Fujita andMochi Miyagi in theProminence stable at the end of 2021 after their contract with Ice Ribbon expired, leaving them to wander as freelance wrestlers.[16] Kurumi and the rest of the stable made their first appearance inWorld Wonder Ring Stardom's firstpay-per-view of 2022, theStardom Nagoya Supreme Fight from January 29 where they picked a fight with theDonna Del Mondo stable.[17] AtMid Summer Champions in Nagoya, the second event of theStardom Mid Summer Champions series which took place on July 24, 2022, Kurumi teamed up with Suzuki and Risa Sera to defeatCosmic Angels (Mina Shirakawa,Unagi Sayaka andHikari Shimizu) andQueen's Quest (Lady C,Hina andMiyu Amasaki).[18] AtStardom Dream Queendom 2 on December 29, 2022, Suzuki teamed up with Suzu Suzuki and Risa Sera and defeatedOedo Tai (Starlight Kid,Momo Watanabe andSaki Kashima) to win theArtist of Stardom Championship.[19]
At the 2023 edition of theTriangle Derby, Kurumi teamed up with Suzuki and Sera and compete in the "Triangle Blue" where they faced the teams of Rebel and Enemy (Ram Kaicho,Maika Ozaki andMaya Yukihi),Lollipop (Waka Tsukiyama, Yuko Sakurai and Rina Amikura),Classmates (Hazuki,Koguma andSaya Iida),MaiHime with C (Maika,Himeka andLady C),Abarenbo GE (Syuri,Mirai andAmi Sourei), andOedo Tai (Natsuko Tora, Momo Watanabe and Saki Kashima), winning the tournament and theArtist of Stardom Championship.[20]
