Flavio Horacio Robatto (born 16 January 1974) is an Argentinefootballmanager and former player who played as amidfielder. He is the current manager of Bolivian clubBolívar.
Born inRío Cuarto, Córdoba, Robatto was a youth graduate of hometown sideEstudiantes de Río Cuarto before being registered as aPlatense player. He retired at the age of 26 due to aHepatitis B, and subsequently became a manager.[1]
Robatto then managed several lowly sides in his home country before moving abroad in 2011, as an assistant manager ofÁlex Aguinaga.[2] In 2015, he worked as manager ofNorte América before being namedRubén Israel's assistant atMillonarios.[3]
In March 2017, Robatto was appointed manager ofCúcuta Deportivo, but was sacked on 21 November.[4] He was named in charge ofPeruvian Segunda División sideAlianza Atlético the following 24 February,[5] but was dismissed on 6 June 2018.[6]
In August 2018, Robatto agreed to a deal withAtlético Bucaramanga to become their manager,[7] but the deal was cancelled days later, due to a supposed deal with Polish side MKS Kalwarianka.[8] Late in the month, he was announced as manager ofJaguares de Córdoba.[9]
Robatto resigned from Jaguares on 29 October 2018,[10] and took overLDU Loja in Ecuador the following 20 June.[11] On 2 January 2020, he was appointed in charge ofAtlético Huila,[12] but resigned in September.
On 13 April 2021, Robatto replacedÁlvaro Peña as manager of Bolivian sideNacional Potosí.[13] He was in charge of the side on two further occasions, in 2022 and 2023.
On 3 January 2024, Robatto resigned from Nacional Potosí,[14] and took overBolívar two days later.[15]
