The winning professional was Chris Lanyon of the Chapel Café inPort Isaac whose recipe includedhake inpanko with tartar sauce. Gabrielle Sander made the best public entry, which was dressed withcapers,lime juice, smokedpaprikamayonnaise,rocket andwasabi, served in a crustybap.[6][7]
