FUB-144 (also known asFUB-UR-144) is anindole-basedsynthetic cannabinoid that is presumed to be a potentagonist of theCB1 receptor[1] and has been sold online as adesigner drug.[2] It is an analogue ofUR-144 andXLR-11 where the pentyl chain has been replaced with fluorobenzyl.
In the United States, FUB-144 was temporarily emergency scheduled by the DEA in 2019.[3] and made a permanentSchedule I Controlled Substance on April 7, 2022.[4]
Sweden's public health agency suggested classifying FUB-144 as hazardous substance on March 24, 2015.[5]
