Damien Adam (born 28 June 1989) is a French politician ofRenaissance (RE) who was a member of theNational Assembly from2017 to 2024, representing the1st constituency of thedepartment ofSeine-Maritime.[1]
In parliament, Adam serves as member of the Committee on Economic Affairs. In addition to his committee assignments, he is part of the parliamentary friendship groups withChina and theNetherlands.[2]
In 2021, Adam became one eightrapporteurs on climate change legislation introduced by the government ofPrime MinisterJean Castex.[3]
In the2024 French legislative election, he wasunseated byFlorence Hérouin-Léautey from theSocialist Party.
In July 2019, Adam voted in favor of the French ratification of theEuropean Union’sComprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) withCanada.[4]
