Charles Hubert Bronson Jr (born 1949) is an American public official who served as Commissioner ofFlorida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. He was appointed to the position in 2001 by GovernorJeb Bush, then reelected in2002 and2006.
Bronson attendedOsceola High School and graduated from theUniversity of Georgia in 1972, earning aB.S. degree in agricultural education and animal and meat sciences. From 1994 to 2001, Bronson was in theFlorida Senate, representingBrevard County andOsceola County.[2]
