Buzz Dixon (December 7, 1953) is an American writer of comic books, film, andcartoons. He has written comics for multiple companies, includingEclipse Comics (where he wroteDestroyer Duck alongsideSteve Gerber[1]),Marvel Comics, and aBuck Rogers adaptation forTSR, Inc.[2]

His cartoon work includes both writing and editing credits. He wrote numerous episodes ofGI Joe: A Real American Hero,The Transformers,Thundarr the Barbarian,Jem,Inhumanoids,Alvin and the Chipmunks,Tiny Toon Adventures,Tarzan and the Super 7 (theWeb Woman installments),Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light,Dungeons & Dragons andTeen Wolf. He also served as a story editor for theGI Joe andTeen Wolf series, and was a story consultant onG.I. Joe: The Movie andMy Little Pony: The Movie.
