TheBrexit withdrawal agreement Bill plan, officially known asLegislating for the Withdrawal Agreement between the United Kingdom and the European Union (Cm 9674), was aUK Governmentwhite paper setting out the Governments proposals for ratifying and implementing the Brexit withdrawal agreement in legislation.[1][2]
The plan would eventually lead to theEuropean Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 which receivedRoyal Assent in January 2020 just before the United Kingdom left theEuropean Union on 31 January 2020.
