Beverly McDonald (born 15 February 1970) is aJamaicansprinter. Her accomplishments include winning thesilver medal in the4 × 100 m relay at the2000 Olympics and thegold medal in the same event at the2004 Olympics. She also won thebronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the200 m race, afterMarion Jones was disqualified in 2007 due to doping violations, although it would take until the2024 Summer Olympics for McDonald to be presented with the actual bronze medal.[1]

McDonald was anAll-American sprinter for theTCU Horned Frogs track and field team, placing runner-up in the 100 m and 200 m at the1993 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.[2]

Beverly McDonald is the sister ofMichael McDonald.
