Betrayal: The Final Act of the Trump Show is a 2021non-fiction book byJonathan Karl aboutDonald Trump.[1] A sequel toFront Row at the Trump Show,[2] it largely covers the final year of thefirst presidency of Donald Trump, including theCOVID-19 pandemic and theJanuary 6 United States Capitol attack.

The book received strong praise from critics,[3][4] including inThe Guardian,[5]The New York Times[6] andThe Washington Post.[7] It debuted onThe New York Times Best Seller list,[8][9][10] and received national attention when Karl released audio of Trump describing chants of "hangMike Pence" by January 6 insurrectionists as "common sense" and "understandable".[11]
