Benjamin M. Lepak is an American attorney who has served as theOklahoma Secretary of State since his appointment by GovernorKevin Stitt in 2025.
Benjamin M. Lepak is the son of Oklahoma state representativeMark Lepak.[1] He graduated from theUniversity of Oklahoma with aBachelor of Business Administration in finance.[2] He later earned ajuris doctor fromNotre Dame Law School and served as the executive director for the State Chamber Research Foundation.[1]
He was appointed to the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board on July 3, 2024, by Oklahoma House SpeakerCharles McCall. He resigned on October 18 of that year to serve as general counsel for GovernorKevin Stitt.[1] On October 1, 2025, he was appointed as theOklahoma Secretary of State by Stitt.[3][4]
