TheBelarus men's national tennis team representedBelarus inDavis Cuptennis competition until it was suspended in 2022, due to the2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[1] They are governed by theBelarus Tennis Association. In 2007, Belarus were defeated in the2007 Davis Cup World Group play-offs byPeru, and therefore was relegated from the World Group.[citation needed]
