TheBasotho Action Party is apolitical party inLesotho established on 23 April 2021 by former Justice Minister andAll Basotho Convention Deputy Leader Nqosa Mahao.[2][3][4][5]

In the2022 Lesotho general election, the party won 6 seats in theNational Assembly.[6]
