Highway 69 (AR 69,Ark. 69, andHwy. 69) is a designation for three north–southstate highways in northeast Arkansas. A western route of 57.64 miles (92.76 km) runs south fromHighway 9 atMelbourne toHighway 14/Highway 367 inNewport.[a 1][2][3] A second route of 15.31 miles (24.64 km) begins atHighway 163 and runs north throughTrumann toHighway 158 atLunsford.[4][5] A third route begins atU.S. Route 49/Highway 1 (US 49/AR 1) at the city limits ofParagould and runs north to terminate atUS 412B in the city.[6]

AR 69 begins atAR 367 in Newport and heads north toJacksonport. A Spur Route 69 develops in Jacksonport. The route leads northwest toAR 122 inNewark andAR 233 inSulphur Rock. Continuing north, the route passes throughCushman andMount Pleasant.
Arkansas Highway 69 begins inPoinsett County and heads east from AR 163. It crossesInterstate 555 (I-555) as Exit 29 continuing east toTrumann. After detaching a spur route that leads through Trumann, AR 69 leads mostly north and ends at AR 158.
AR 69 runs fromUS 49/AR 1 south ofParagould. The route runs east then north to terminate atUS 412B/AR 135 in downtown Paragould.
