Andrés Héctor Carvallo Acosta (8 November 1862,Asunción – 16 August 1934) was aParaguayan politician.

He served asPresident of the Chamber of Deputies.[1] Later he served asVice President from 1898 to 1902,[2] and as actingPresident of Paraguay between 9 January 1902 and 25 November 1902. He was a member of theColorado Party.
