ABT-724 is a drug which acts as adopamine agonist, and is selective for theD4 subtype.[1] It was developed as a possible drug for the treatment oferectile dysfunction,[2] although poor oral bioavailability means alternative drugs such asABT-670 may be more likely to be developed commercially.[3] Nonetheless, it continues to be used in scientific research into the function of the D4 receptor.[4][5]
