4-AcO-EiPT, also known as4-acetoxy-N-ethyl-N-isopropyltryptamine or asethipracetin, is apsychedelic drug of thetryptamine and4-hydroxytryptamine families related to4-AcO-DMT (psilacetin).[1][2] It is theacetateester of4-HO-EiPT (ethiprocin) and askeletal isomer of4-AcO-EPT.[1][2] The drug is takenorally.[2] It is said to be similar in effects to5-MeO-DiPT, producing psychedelic and mildstimulant effects.[2] Thepharmacology andtoxicity of 4-AcO-EiPT have not been studied, but it is assumed that it acts onserotonin receptors.[2] 4-AcO-EiPT was first discussed online in 2011.[2] It was encountered as a noveldesigner drug being sold by online vendors in early 2022.[2]
