The2026 United States Senate election in Mississippi will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect a member of theUnited States Senate to represent the state ofMississippi, as well asother elections to the United States Senate,elections to theUnited States House of Representatives and variousstate and local elections.[1] Arunoff election will be held December 1, 2026 if no candidate gets majority on November 3.Primary elections will be held on March 10, 2026, with runoff elections on April 7, 2026 if no candidate gets a majority.

One-term RepublicanCindy Hyde-Smith wasreelected in 2020 with 54.1% of the vote after being appointed in 2018 and subsequently winning aspecial election that same year. She is running for a second full term in office.
