This district is based in the southeastern part of the state and includes the cities ofDavenport andIowa City . The incumbent is RepublicanMariannette Miller-Meeks , who was re-elected with 50.0% of the vote in 2024.[ 2] This win was the narrowest of any House Republican in 2024.
