The2013 Furman Paladins team representedFurman University as a member of theSouthern Conference (SoCon) during the2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by third-year head coachBruce Fowler, the Paladins compiled an overall record of 8–6 with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, sharing the SoCon title withChattanooga andSamford. Furman advanced to theNCAA Division I Football Championship playoffs, where they beatSouth Carolina State in the first round before falling to the eventual national champion,North Dakota State, in the second round.[1] The team played home games atPaladin Stadium inGreenville, South Carolina.
