2010 Michigan Proposal 2, also known as theProhibition of Certain Felons Holding Certain Offices Amendment, was a proposed legislatively referredconstitutional amendment in theU.S. state ofMichigan. It was intended to ban certainfelons from being elected to certain public office positions as well as banning them from holding certain public jobs.[1] It passed in the November2010 Michigan elections.[2] TheTraverse City Record-Eagle published an article in support of the proposal.[3]
