The2008 Washington Insurance Commissioner election was held on November 4, 2008, to elect theinsurance commissioner of Washington, concurrently with the2008 U.S. presidential election, as well aselections to theU.S. Senate and variousstate and local elections, including forU.S. House andgovernor of Washington. IncumbentDemocratic Insurance CommissionerMike Kreidler was re-elected to a third term in a landslide.[1]

Incumbent Insurance CommissionerMike Kreidler, first elected in 2000 and re-elected in2004, ran for re-election to a third term in office.[2]
