The1985Laurence Olivier Awards were presented by theSociety of London Theatre in 1985 at theDominion Theatre in London,^[1] celebrating excellence inWest End theatre. It was broadcast byBBC Television,^[1] though the broadcast date and specific BBC station is not available – the2003 Oliviers, for example, aired onBBC Two the evening after the live event.^[2]
