The1952 United States presidential election in Maine took place on November 4, 1952, as part of the1952 United States presidential election which was held throughout all contemporary 48 states. Voters chose five representatives, or electors to theElectoral College, who voted forpresident andvice president.

Maine overwhelmingly voted for theRepublican nominee,GeneralDwight D. Eisenhower ofNew York, over theDemocratic nominee, formerGovernorAdlai Stevenson ofIllinois. Eisenhower ran withSenatorRichard Nixon ofCalifornia, while Stevenson's running mate wasSenatorJohn Sparkman ofAlabama.

Eisenhower won Maine by a margin of 32.28%.
