Can I extend my deadline to resubmit my revised paper?Please email the Editorial Office viaemail or themanuscript submission system quoting your manuscript ID and how long you require.  Please note, you can extend the deadline to resubmit after the original deadline has expired.

How do I format my paper?For all writing and formatting guidelines, please visit theAuthors page for article type specifications, and consult theAuthor Hub where you can also refer to ourformatting checklist to help make sure you have covered everything upon submission.

How can I track my submitted paper?You can find the status of your manuscript by entering your Manuscript ID onWhere Is My Paper? It will also be visible in yourAuthor Dashboard on the manuscript submission system.

I don’t understand the editorial or reviewer’s commentsIf you are unsure about the editorial comments or the reviewer’s comments, please email theEditorial Office asking for clarification.  Whilst reviewer comments are specific to your paper, general editorial queries can be solved by consulting theAuthors page orAuthor Hub.

My paper has been accepted, what happens next?Your paper will be checked by our Editorial Office and if you are publishing your paper Open Access a payment email will be sent out to you regarding the article processing charge (APC), if you have not received this email within a week please email theEditorial Office.  Your paper will be typeset (pending payment of the APC if you are publishing Open Access) and you will be sent proofs of your paper.  If you have a query relating to a paper in Production or are having issues with your proof, please email theProduction Editor.
