Walmart is a major store chain that was founded bySam Walton in1962. Although not owned byDisney, it has sold a number of exclusive video, DVD, andBlu-ray releases of various Disney-related productions. It is the world's largest company by revenue according to the Fortune Global 500 list in2014, the biggest private employer in the world with over two million employees, and the largest retailer in the world. Walmart is a family-owned business, as the company is controlled by the Walton family who own over 50 percent of Walmart through their holding company, Walton Enterprises. It is also one of the world's most valuable companies (in terms of market value), as well as the largest grocery retailer in theUnited States.
