Trivia[]
- The film is based on a real-life FBI sting operation from the 80s where Garland Schweickhardt hired filmmaker George Moffly and screenwriters Dan Lewk and Gary Levy to make a movie which in actuality was a trap to capture mobsters.
- At one point, Tommy Sanz exclaims, "What is this, a Disney Picture!?", ironic as Touchstone is owned by Disney.
