Becca is the main protagonist ofDisney's2022 Halloween comedy-fantasy film,Hocus Pocus 2. She is a 16-year-old teenage girl from high school, alongside her friends,Izzy andCassie. By using theBlack Flame Candle, she accidentally resurrects theSanderson Sisters after 29 years, seeking a plan to defeat the sisters for good. Along the way, Becca discovers she is a witch herself.
Because she is a witch, Becca gets her powers on the night of her sixteenth birthday. Examples of powers she was shown to possess were:
Spell Casting: Being a witch herself, Becca can cast spells to produce specific magical effects, as shown when her hands glow blue. Other additional abilities she derived from this power are:
Curse Breaking: The ability to lift curses. When Winifred curses Becca and her friend Izzy into being trapped in the basement, Becca uses the Angelica leaves and perform a spell to lift the curse, freeing her and Izzy.
Forcefield Projection: When fighting the Sanderson Sisters, Becca is able to raise and project a forcefield to shield herself and her friends. She also is able to share the power and make the forcefield stronger with the help of her friends.
Electrokinesis: Like Winifred, Becca could project a blue lightning from her finger. In the battle against the witches, Becca uses this power to zap Winifred. However, this could not hurt the witch due to her just receiving her powers.
Bibliomancy: After abandoning Winifred for good, the spellbook begins to find a new ownership in Becca. When Winifred begs the book to help her one last time in order to reunite with her sisters, whom she has accidentally sacrificed after performing theMagicae Maxima spell, Becca, alongside Izzy and Cassie, is able to use the book to search a spell for Winifred to be with her sisters.
(Minor) Photokinesis: Before the battle with the Sanderson Sisters, Becca is able to create a tiny ball of light and play with it around her hands.
Occultism: Even before she discovers she was a real witch, Becca practiced witchcraft with her friends and would often do rituals, used crystals and even shop at the localSalem occult shop.
