Confirmed by the Board Jan. 17, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Oct. 24, 1855; appeal dismissed Feb. 23, 1857. Patent issued to Henry Dalton Aug. 9, 1866, for 13,319.06 acres. The patent is recorded in Los Angeles. No. 454 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N. Index of the Spanish-Mexican private land grant records and cases of California, I, 762 (shelved as BANC MSS C-R 17, Bancroft Library).
