Rachel Ruble, Budget & Human Resource Specialist

Rachel joined CTAS in August 2021. She spent over 11 years in higher education in Middle Tennessee, including eight years as an Admissions Advisor at Volunteer State Community College. She also has experience in private-sector customer service. Rachel holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Tennessee, an A.S. in Communication from Volunteer State, and an M.A. in Leadership and Public Service from Lipscomb University. A Tennessee native, she enjoys traveling with her family.
