Chris has been with CTAS since July 1999 and became Manager of Customer Service & Operations in December 2022. He previously provided IT and GIS consulting to Tennessee counties and has worked with the County Officials Certificate Training Program for over 12 years. Chris holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Alabama, an M.A. in Leadership & Public Service from Lipscomb University (2022), and earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation in 2021.
