Jim joined UT CTAS in 2008 after a career in Marine Corps corrections and as chief of corrections for Hamilton County. He is a Certified Jail Manager and Certified Corrections Executive. Jim holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Park College and an M.A. in Leadership and Public Service from Lipscomb University.
