Marc Alley, Emergency/Fire Management Consultant, joined CTAS in October 2023 with 30 years in emergency services. Previously, he was Tennessee Field Representative for the Insurance Service Office, aiding community officials in improving their Public Protection Class. His experience spans fire service, emergency management, communications, and EMS. Marc also trained thousands of first responders as an instructor at the Tennessee Fire Service and Code Enforcement Academy. He holds a B.S. in Fire Administration from the University of Memphis and is a Licensed Financial Advisor.
