Implements Bayesian phase I repeated measurement design that accountsfor multidimensional toxicity endpoints and longitudinal efficacymeasure from multiple treatment cycles and allows individualized dosemodification. The package provides a number of model-based phase Idesigns, including 1 stage models with or without individualized dosemodification, 3-stage models with or without individualized dosemodification, etc. Functions are provided to recommend dosage selectionbased on the data collected in the available patient cohorts and tosimulate trial characteristics given design parameters.
