Visual acuity handling

• introduced new verbsas_... andto_... forclass conversion for nice integration into known R grammar (#6) - simplewrapper forva(x, to = ...)

the eye package is online! eye is a tool to facilitate common tasksin ophthalmic research.

Its visual acuity conversion functionva() provides eyeresearchRs with a long coveted tool to handle different visual acuitynotations. It works with Snellen, logMAR and ETDRS.

recodeye allows an easy recoding of the eyevariable.

It also has some other functions which are mainly intelligent wrapperaround already existing functionalities, such asmyop andhyperop for reshaping eye specific data,reveal orblink.
