estimateParams estimates parameters of exponential andWeibull transition hazards using maximum likelihood for a given data setafter usingprepareData.
corTrans calculates the correlation between PFS and OSfor a given set of transition hazards, andcorPFSOSestimates this correlation for a given data set, optionally with abootstrap based confidence interval.

ExpSurvOS now returns 0 instead of NaN for large valuesof t.
WeibSurvOS now does not return an error for largevalues of t.
PWCSurvOS now does not return an error for large valuesof t. It also no longer returns values larger than 1. It issignificantly faster, based on a closed form calculation instead ofnumerical integration.
