New S3 classpedCollection with for output ofbuildPeds(), with separateprint(),plot() and subsetting methods
buildPeds() has a new argumentmaxInbreeding indicating the highest tolerated inbreedingcoefficient in the constructed pedigrees. The default value is set to1/16 (as in children of first-cousin parents), which is appropriate fortypical applications in human pedigrees. Set to 0 to disallow inbreedingcompletely, or to 1 to allow any inbreeding.
